[packman] Kodi still needs an older version of spdlog, but current glibc breaks it

please disregard this request! Current testing against TW 20220308 shows
that the legacy packages A_tw-fmt and A_tw-spdlog are no longer needed
for building the new Kodi version 19.4. I revoked this request and will
request deletion of the two packages instead.
