[packman] Kodi still needs an older version of spdlog, but current glibc breaks it

Hi there,

you may remember that we had a discussion about re-using an old version
of spdlog for Kodi. In the end, Stefan branched the version from Leap
15.3 to Multimedia and disabled the binaries to be distributed - it's
really only used during compilation and has no runtime dependencies.

Newer versions of glibc made the macro MINSIGSTKSZ a non constant
expression so that it cannot be used to size a global array.

Can someone (Stefan maybe?) approve the following patch?
