[packman] MLT going to KDE:Distro:Factory (and Factory?), link package?

What about KDE:Extra?  That is for apps that are not in Factory.

As for libmlt, it is in multimedia:libs already.  That is probably the
proper long-term home for it.  KDE:Extra can link to it from there if
it is going into factory.
