[packman] MLT going to KDE:Distro:Factory (and Factory?), link package?

The problem with K:D:F is that KDE packages build there depend on the
KDE version from there. So you can't use kdenlive from K:D:F without
updating all of KDE.
It should also be built in... KDE:UpdatedApps? That's supposed to be
for apps that are already in Factory. KDE:Apps? That one is empty!
