It's fixed now with recent Mesa updates. vainfo now shows all codecs as expected. Though `VDPAU_DRIVER=radeonsi vdpauinfo` still shows VP9 and AV1 as unsupported. IDK if this is normal with Mesa. However I don't use vdpau (and don't know whether these codecs were supported before) so I don't care.
