The same is true for the non-32-bit package, this is not 32-bit
specific!

This is one of those cases where we have to wait for one of the next
Tumbleweed snapshots, because pipewire-spa-plugins needs to be rebuilt
there (i.e. in OBS Tumbleweed), which will then require the new ffmpeg-8
packages. So, hold on, but not your breath... ;-)
