I have updated the set of addons to be used for building the various
kodi.binary-addons-* packages, kodi.binary-addons-inputstream.adaptive
now has version 21.5.13 as you've requested.

FWIW, I'll update the set of addons on a regular basis, maybe every 4
weeks, now in order to pick up updates much faster; this does not affect
kodi itself, as that remains on the official release status.
