[packman] Package Update Request

Hi. I'm not sure if this is the correct place to raise this but, is it possible for the following openSUSE Tumbleweed packages to be updated:

kodi.binary-addons-inputstream.adaptive:
The latest package includes version 21.5.9 for Kodi 21 (released on Jan 19th 2025). The latest version for Kodi 21 is 21.5.13 (released on May 4th 2025). https://github.com/xbmc/inputstream.adaptive/releases

rsgain:
The latest package includes version 3.5.1 (released on Jun 8th 2024). The latest version is 3.6 (released on Feb 8th 2025). https://github.com/complexlogic/rsgain/releases
