Ok I can created a request for it with reference to this thread, but I 
have no knowledge about what the "bugs" .

Well,  had dvgrab 3.5-1699.13.pm.5 installed from previously on 
Slowroll, and should install it on another Slowroll installation.
And yes, I found and installed dvgrab-3.5-13.2 as Experimental package 
from here, but don't know if they have any differences.

Is it a correct understanding that packages first has to appear in 
multimedia:apps in OBS before Packman possibly build them?
