Who may request that?

I'm running ffmpeg-7 v. 7.1.1-1699.7.pm.2 on Slowroll.
Beside, I have been searching for dvgrab  3.5-1699.13.pm.5 but couldn't 
find it in the Packman repo for Slowroll?
