[packman] opi codecsck

Hi,

I just learned of this command today, so I tried it.

Telcontar:~ # opi codecs
Do you want to install codecs from Packman repository? (Y/n) Y

Problem is, I already have the packman repo enabled, I do not want to add another; I just want to see if it adds some more codecs.

So I suggest that the command needs an option in that question to not add a repo, which is probably easier than checking to see if already exists.
