[packman] "disabled and no binaries" - shouldn't this be done with MakeMKV, too?

No, the list contained just disabled packages, without binary rpms.
MakeMKV appears to build fine. It should not matter much if some pkg
contains binary only parts, there already a number of such pkgs.
