[packman] "disabled and no binaries" - shouldn't this be done with MakeMKV, too?

Hi Olaf,

I saw you disabled and deleted several packages which apparently carry
some binary-only parts. I blame myself to still feed package MakeMKV in
Multimedia... :-( I believe we ought to do the same with this beast!

What do you/others think? Also, as neutrino8 at gmail.com is maintainer,
too, is it OK for you, too?
