[packman] Guayadeque is outdated in OpenSuse

The package is maintained in openSUSE's buildservice instance, in 
project multimedia:apps

https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/multimedia:apps/guayadeque

I don't know why it is even linked to Packman, maybe for historical reasons.

anyway, if you want to bring this further, you could try contacting the 
persons who touched it last in the openSUSE OBS instance, or just submit 
an udpate there.

It doesn't look like the spec file is a problem in any way, as it looks 
very simple and standard, so this should not be necessary.
