[packman] Guayadeque is outdated in OpenSuse

Hi

I collaborate with the main maintainer of Guayadeque
https://github.com/thothix/guayadeque
for which the last version is now 0.7.4 ...
https://github.com/thothix/guayadeque/tags

  Most of distributions provide this last version but Opensuse offers 
only the 0.6.1 version ...
since then Guayadeque has been improved (bugs corrected, compatibility 
with gstreamer or wxwidgets )

Nota Bene : Since the creator of Guayadeque (anonbeat) has stopped 
working on his project, 2 years ago

the thothix fork has been created which is very active now


If it may be useful attach the spec file used for Mageia
