tried to rebuild the vendor part on Leap 15.6, but this needed a non
existing cargo-vendor-filterer and obs-service-cargo; after building the
two packages for Leap 15.6, running "osc service run cargo_vendor" to
produce a new vendor.tar.zst, build still failed with the missing feature
"edition2024". To be honest, even with cargo1.91 and rust1.91 being
around - the same versions as in Tumbleweed! - I really don't like or
understand rust+cargo in an offline build environment!

For me, this issue/request is done now!
