[packman] Contributing/updating of the obs-studio package

Hello,

I've noticed that for a while the obs-studio package has not been
updated on Tumbleweed and that it is also unstable.
Is work being done on this and/or is someone looking into it? If
there's no one available to update it, I wouldn't mind contributing.
