[packman] Fwd: [Bug 1226395] vlc unresolvable build on packman

Hi there,

I have just submitted a request to openSUSE:Factory to ensure ffmpeg-6
related packages are not required/allowed:

  <https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/1183580>

@Dominique: this is *not* a Packman bug, but something from your own
package. Please note that download.videolan.org is not providing
ffmpeg-6 packages for TW, which gave me a hint... Interestingly the same
restrictions are already used in your package for libswscale and
libpostproc, which are ffmpeg packages...
