If you want, you can use my repo under software.opensuse.org
For Tumbleweed and Leap 15.6 it exist in version 30.1.2
Repo: home:ecsos:obs-studio

Leap 15.5 is to old. No chance.
For Leap 15.5 you can use my repo home:ecsos.
Here obs-studio is in version 30.0.2
