[packman] Packman repo issue

Hi team

Apologies if this is the wrong method to do this but I found a piece of
pretty out of date software in the repo and wanted to call it to attention
when someone has time.

This is the software

The currently version is 30.1.2 the repo version is 29.1.3 and has a bug it
in that crashes quiet frequently
