As you can see, there's;

  libcuda.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or
  directory

I don't know why you get this error message.

It says it can't encode video because it doesn't have libcuda.so. but
avidemux itself doesn't need libcuda.so, and openSUSE also never build
to use libcuda.so.

Do you have any builds of your own?
