Make the file ／etc／ld.so.conf.d/avidemux.conf with the contents of;

     /usr/lib64/ADM_plugins6/videoEncoders/qt5
     /usr/lib64/ADM_plugins6/videoFilters/qt5

then do this;

   $ sudo ldconfig
