[packman] If a rpm package is created how to make it available to download for other users?

If you create and build a package in your home:xxx project (or any of its subprojects) it is private to you, that's why it's caalled home ...
To get it published by packman mirrors, you have to submit it to one of the "official" projects in https://pmbs.links2linux.org/project[1], depending on where it fits best.
Most likely this will be one of Multimedia, Extra, Essentials, or Games.
