[packman] Mesa-32bit out of sync to Mesa

Hello everyone,

I am trying to do a dup on my TW machine and zypper block that dup because `Mesa-32bit` (from packman) is out of sync

`Mesa-32bit-22.3.2-337.1.x86_64` is the latest version pushed by packman whereas Mesa is `Mesa-22.3.3-338.2.x86_64` (packman also) and Mesa-32b requires `22.3.2` which is unavailable as Mesa `23.3.3` is in the repos

Since `Mesa32-bit` is just a dummy package, I am able to force dup, but, looking at PMBS, I can't come out with a logical reason of why since both are built from the same spec

Can someone look at it?
