In case you need it really urgent, packages are always also available
from OBS:

  <https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/manfred-h:/KMPs/openSUSE_Leap_15.4/>

Just use

  $ zypper ar https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/manfred-h:/KMPs/openSUSE_Leap_15.4/ broadcom-wl.repo
