[packman] Please update get_iplayer

the workflow is actually trivial, though:

osc bco Extra/get_iplayer → cd .../get_iplayer → change version in spec →
osc services dr → osc add new_tarball → osc rm <old_tarball> → osc vc →
paste changes → osc commit → osc sr

please consider adopting it, I doubt asking strangers for update, no matter
how trivial it is, is what you want
