[packman] Kodi doesn't build for Tumbleweed anymore

Hi Olaf,

your delete request in OBS
https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/972695 removed package waylandpp
from openSUSE:Factory. Now Kodi doesn't build anymore. How do you think
we should deal with this? Can't we create a package in either Essentials
or Multimedia which links to openSUSE.org:X11:Wayland/waylandpp?
