[packman] pmbs vs. packman mirrors - mostly OK, but some stuff doesn't get picked up

Hello,
I was waiting to open this request, but Manfred did it first.
There are several packages missing (from Multimedia), e.g. grip.
The "old" version 4.1.1 is gone, but the updated version 4.2.0 is
missing in all mirrors.
