[packman] Binary packages for iscan and iscan-plugin for architecture aarch64

I found for the aarch64 architecture binary packages for openSUSE 15.3 for 
iscan-data and iscan-firmware, however for iscan and iscan-plugin, only source 
packages are available. These packages are most likely needed for the series 
PW-2860 EPSON all-in-one devices to use the scanner.

I tried to compile from source, but it failed. Some message about IA32, which 
I don't understand.
