[packman] PMBS downtime ahead - this weekend, and > 12 hours

Hi Packmans,

as announced earlier, I will have to move all my virtual machines
including PMBS to a new server. Hetzer finally handed the new machine
over to me, and I have to make the move this weekend, as I have to
remove my own hardware from my current employer next week (until Friday
- but I would prefer to move the ~ 100kg of equipment on Monday or
Tuesday).

I am preparing the new server for the move, and will start probably
later today.

For PMBS this means a downtime of at least 12 hours, probably more.

I will send a separate announcement some minutes before the move.

Also, as I will move my own mail server, I will not be reading mails
during that time.
