[packman] Binary packages for iscan and iscan-plugin for architecture aarch64

Are you cross-compiling to aarch64 on an Intel/AMD device, or using a
native compiler on the aarch64 device?

Error messages about IA32 (32-bits Intel) could mean that configure was not
used with the correct cross compile arguments.
