[packman] Bug in mbrola package from Packman repository. Please update / fix

Hi,

I hope you can update / fix mbrola package. Now mbrola 302b-pm152.1.6 
fails to work in combination with espeak in openSUSE Leap 15.2:

    mbrola: Fatal error in line:
    mbrola:
    mbrowrap error: mbrola exited with status 253

This bug described here: 
https://github.com/espeak-ng/espeak-ng/issues/621 (though it is not 
espeak bug).

The problem has been fixed mbrola in commit 3b77613e8675a091,
so that official Mbrola ver. 3.3 and newer are not
affected anymore.
