[packman] BuildService API error when branching a package

I am really really sorry!

My primary job is rather dynamic at the moment, with digital learning 
and tools and so on, and everything NOW.

I could just manage to have a deeper look at this right now.

Please try again now, there was really garbage at the end of that file.
Fixed now.

I hope, I can give more insight in the next few days.
