openSUSE-repo comes with 2 versions of opencv: opencv3 and opencv. The
last one is the default. If opencv3 ist installed (instead of opencv)
the build succceds. So in the spec-file the "BuildRequires:
pkgconfig(opencv) > 2.0, pkgconfig(opencv) < 4.0" solves this problem,
or "Requires: opencv3" maybe too.
