[packman] sox/lame/twolame for SLE 12?

Hi,

sox, lame and twolame aren't available for SLE 12, lame/twolame also
not for 42.3.

Are the any dependency reasons why they can't be compiled for SLE 12?
Or is it just you didn't have time to add the "+SLE12" flag yet? :-)
