[packman] No "Sign Up" possible to Packman Build Service PMBS

Hallo,

since about one week I try to sign up to the Packman Build Service PMBS 
without any success. After entering the username, Email address and a 
password I always come to a page with "500: Internal Server Error".

I try to sign up with username: dl8fcl
Unfortunately Stefan Botter cannot find my sign up in the build service.

Trying a different username: sidonia ends up on the same page with "500: 
Internal Server Error".
