Does it exist? What would its name be,

	/openSUSE_Tumbleweed/<arch>/libdvdcss2-<version>.rpm ?

http://www.opensuse-guide.org/ doesn't seem to say anything about its existence,
much less how to get it, or whether if it exists, it's the same thing as
available for 42.2 or 42.3:
