[packman] kodi 17 without libdvdnav

Hi there,

I just installed kodi 17 on opensuse tumbleweed and found out that kodi
isnt playing dvd anymore.
It gives this error in the logfile:
ERROR: Unable to load
/usr/lib64/kodi/system/players/VideoPlayer/libdvdnav-x86_64-linux.so,
reason:
/usr/lib64/kodi/system/players/VideoPlayer/libdvdnav-x86_64-linux.so:
cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

It seems to be the same as discribed in this thread:

Can you provide the kodi 16 packages until kodi 17 is working properly?
