[packman] [PM] kdenlive 16.08.1-3.1 (openSUSE/LEAP 42.1 x86_64)

Good afternoon,

Would it be possible for Packman to distribute the Kdenlive, mlt framework
and Movit packages for the Opensuse community?

This has not happened with Leap 42.1 and it is a shame for Opensuse to
offer a crippled Kdenlive app. I realise that the Packman team is a 3rd
party which makes it even more necessary to offer the multimedia packages
as they are intended.

Please would you offer these three packages for Opensuse LEAP.
