wine-mp3 needs capextract in 42.2-i586, which should be fixed in OBS
because it was available in 42.1-i586.

What exactly is missing?
I have enabled a few more gst* packages for i586:

https://pmbs.links2linux.org/project/monitor?utf8=%E2%9C%93&commit=Filter%3A&succeeded=1&failed=1&unresolvable=1&broken=1&blocked=1&dispatching=1&scheduled=1&building=1&finished=1&signing=1&pkgname=gst&repo_openSUSE_Leap_42_1=1&repo_openSUSE_Leap_42_2=1&repo_openSUSE_Tumbleweed=1&arch_i586=1&project=Essentials&defaults=0

It may take some time until they appear on the mirrors.
