[packman] rebuilding gstreamer every day?

Olaf, to be honest I think most people running Leap is just in for the codecs. 
Frankly I would prefer having the version provided by openSUSE with the 
addional codecs. But since Packman does not provide me any choice I am running 
with the provided one. I am just a bit worried everytime I see updates if 
anything will break, and yeah they are frequent.
