[packman] tovid not installable on SLED 12

Hi,

same problem as described here: https://packman.links2linux.org/browse/PM-118?page=com.atlassian.streams.streams-jira-plugin:activity-stream-issue-tab

SLED 12 has cdrkit-cdrtools-compat which installs /usr/bin/mkisofs,
but it doesn't provide "mkisofs", so tovid-0.35.0-1.1 fails to install.

Seems that the patch https://pmbs.links2linux.de/request/show/1512
hasn't made into the package yet :-(
