That version is indeed over a year old and buggy.

But it has been removed from Packman in December 2013 (reverted back to 2.0.2) 
shortly after it has been added, because of crashes.

You are right that it is still in the 12.1 repo, but 12.1 is dead and buried, 
and should not be used anyway.

If you do have this version installed, immediately upgrade to the current 
version for 13.2 instead, since you are apparently using 13.2 anyway.
This would be k3b-2.0.80+git20150209.2250-1.1.

And if you use the 12.1 Packman repo on 13.2, remove that immediately and add 
the correct repo for 13.2 instead.
