[packman] broadcom-wl has some odd problems

The proprietary Broadcom driver package has broken three times so far.
Each time it was after installing something. In one case it was
installing Bumblebee, next was the latest version of the Fluendo Codec
Pack, and lastly was the most recent system update. I won't be rolling
my system back so that we can work on figuring out why this happens. I
have filed a bug on the problem
