Why do You want build and publish something on Your own? In home project 
instead pushing packages / fixes to main repo (one of Essentials, Multimedia, 
Extra or Games)? If You want to test our some fix for a package, then fine. If 
You want to ship software for e.g. Your customers, then please host own obs 
instance ;)
