[packman] Problem when registering with the Packman Build Service

I am not really sure, what is going on, but there is no unconfirmed 
account yet in the system. Please be sure to fill out all fields, and 
use the same password in both password fields.
Once you entered your data you see a page which tells you
"Your buildservice account is now active."
but below there is an error message, stating
"User is registered but not yet approve" (sic)

Once done please send a mail again to the list asking for approval with 
your username included.
