[packman] Problem when registering with the Packman Build Service

Dear Packman mantainers,

  I have been trying to register to the Packman build service (as far
as I understand registration should be opened to anyone, right?).
However, I cannot complete the registration,as I get the following
errors after entering name, email, etc:

Errorcode: unknown
Message: <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?> <status
code="err_register_save"> <summary>Could not save the
registration</summ

Am I doing something wrong?
