[packman] vlc: no h264/x264 decoder

I'm using vlc (64-bit) from the packman repo for a while, but now I can't 
play x264 
files.

here are the command line messages, when I try to play x264 files (self-
created, downloaded youtube videos, ...)

Benutzen Sie 'cvlc', um VLC ohne Interface zu verwenden.

[0x7f9f94c02de8] main decoder error: no suitable decoder module for fourcc 
`h264'. VLC probably does not support this sound or video format.

and md5sum is fa80cc9d5f3f057bd1234a5686787162  

kaffeine works.
