Damn, you're right. I did some more digging around and found
that it's only the k3bsetup part that needs KDE >= 4.3.85.

I adapted the spec file to build without it on any platform that
has KDE < 4.3.85, which works for Evergreen 11.2 (aka openSUSE

However, k3b 2.0.2 also requires KDE >= 4.3.0. The problem here
is that we build against SLE11, not SLE11SP1 (and even then, I'm
not sure the SLE11SP1 repo on build.o.o has the updates, though
it probably has).

We'll see, we probably need to build against SP1, but that's a
change for the whole Essentials repository, nothing I would
change lightly :)
