[packman] Evergreen (Opensuse 11.1) bad key

After a signing key update it's not possible to use zypper anymore
with openSUSE < 11.2. (The key length is too long.)

The user oldcpu told that he was successful in using smart instead
of zypper; one seems to be able to turn rpm signature check off there.

Thus, no good news.
